Protect any sensitive or private information related to CDARS, its programs, or its beneficiaries. - Professionalism:
Maintain a positive and ethical demeanor, representing CDARS Ministries with integrity. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by CDARS Ministries for all activities.
2. CDARS Ministries’ Responsibilities
CDARS Ministries commits to:
- Training and Support:
Provide adequate orientation, training, and resources for your assigned tasks. - Safe Environment:
Offer a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all volunteers. - Clear Communication:
Clearly define your roles, responsibilities, and expectations. - Recognition:
Value and recognize the contributions of volunteers in meaningful ways.
3. Liability Disclaimer
- Volunteers are not employees of CDARS Ministries and are not entitled to compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage.
- CDARS Ministries will not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during volunteer activities unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct on the part of CDARS Ministries.
4. Use of Images and Recordings
By volunteering, you consent to the use of your photographs, videos, or recordings taken during activities for promotional purposes by CDARS Ministries. If you do not wish to grant this consent, please notify us in writing.
5. Termination of Agreement
CDARS Ministries reserves the right to terminate a volunteer agreement at any time under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Behavior that jeopardizes the safety, reputation, or mission of CDARS Ministries.
- Unavailability or lack of communication without notice.
6. Consent and Agreement
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm:
- You are volunteering of your own free will.
